01Coconut washA gentle cleanser made from coconut, the fruit lauric acid comes from. No sulfates, no perfume, nothing left behind on the skin.
02Calming oil rinseLavender and chamomile, softly diluted for dogs. Calms the itch and settles the nerves. Never tea tree, never citrus.
03Dried right to the skinWarm air through the whole coat until nothing damp is left. The one thing Bali vets ask for, and the step most grooms rush.
04Ears and teethEars cleaned, teeth brushed, nails trimmed. Every visit, included, no need to ask.
05Skin check and cardA gentle look over the ears, paws and folds for ticks, and a note on your dog's card. If something needs a vet, you hear it the same day.
